As part of my role at NoA Ignite, I contributed to the development of the BAMA Smart Transportation Web Application, an innovative solution designed to transform logistics operations. The project's goal was to optimize Bama Gruppen’s transportation routes, reduce operational costs, and minimize their environmental footprint. The application introduced intelligent scheduling and streamlined workflows that led to significant savings in time, money, and carbon emissions. This groundbreaking effort earned the prestigious 'Insight Award 2023' from The Norwegian Computer Society (Den Norske Dataforening), recognizing its impact on the logistics sector.
In my role as a frontend developer for Bama Gruppen's Smart Transportation Optimization platform, I was responsible for implementing the application's user interface and enhancing its functionality. I worked on optimizing data flow using GraphQL and Apollo Client, creating dynamic and interactive table components with TanStack Table to ensure seamless data visualization and usability. I also developed scalable UI components using Tailwind CSS and Storybook, which helped maintain design consistency and efficiency across the platform. Collaborating within a monorepo environment utilizing TurboRepo, I contributed to streamlining the development workflow. My efforts supported the platform's goals of improving transportation efficiency, reducing operational costs, and enabling actionable insights through an intuitive dashboard.
